How to make watercress, chicory and orange salad:
This is an exceptionally easy yet unusual salad to make. It goes well with most main meals.





Ingredients

watercress, washed, all tough stalks removed
chicory, washed and divided into single leaves
1 large navel orange segmented all pith and skin removed

Method

- Assemble ingredients attractively on a serving plate.
- Serve a good mayonnaise separately.
