3/4 pint milk
pepper and salt
butter
2 thin oat cakes, lightly toasted, buttered, broken into pieces
(see measure conversions for more information)
- Beat for 2 minutes.
- Stir in the milk, pepper and salt.
- Pour into a well greased baking tin.
- Sprinkle the broken oat cakes into the mixture.
- Dot with butter.
- Bake in a moderate oven for 20 minutes.
