- Whip the egg white and fold into the mixture.

How to make Grantham gingerbread (white):
These gingerbreads from Grantham (Margaret Thatcher's birthplace) are said to be white because they do not contain black treacle (molasses) and thus do not take on the traditional gingerbread color.Ingredients
