4 mackerel, heads, tails and guts removed
lemon juice
salt
pepper

- Squeeze a little lemon juice over each fish.
- Salt and pepper each fish.
- Wrap loosely in the baking parchment.
- Bake at 200 degrees C. for about 20 minutes depending on the size of the fish.

whatever fish you are having this method applies to.
usually it is olive oil and lemon juice.
i find its better if you add a chopped up birds eye chilli and Italian mixed herbs.
