2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon golden syrup
(see measure conversions for more information)
- Bring to boiling point, and boil for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from the heat, add the nuts and vanilla and beat till thick and creamy, about 5 minutes.
- Pour into a greased tin, and cut into squares before it is quite cold.
