3oz plain/all purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 oz cocoa
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/3 cup cooking oil
1/4 pint cold water
1 tablespoon vinegar
(see measure conversions for more information)
- Add the oil, water, vinegar and vanilla extract.
- Mix until smooth.
- Turn into ungreased oblong baking tin size of about 9in x 13in x 2in in depth.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees C.
