1 tablespoon corn oil
4 tablespoons (2oz) butter
2 tablespoons brandy
1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
1 green pepper, deseeded and finely sliced
2 cups (8oz) button mushrooms wiped and finely sliced
4 tablespoons sour cream
salt and black pepper
(see measure conversions for more information)
- Add the brandy and garlic.
- Season.
- Cover and simmer for at least 5 minutes or until the turkey is tender.
- Add the mushrooms.
- Increase the heat and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 4 minutes.
- Reduce the heat.
- Stir in sour cream and allow to heat through.
- Serve with rice or noodles.

How to make turkey stroganoff:
A strogonoff made from turkey.
Ingredients
1lb turkey fillet (skin removed), sliced thinly1 tablespoon corn oil
4 tablespoons (2oz) butter
2 tablespoons brandy
