How to make Tortilla:
A tortilla is a flat bread made from fine corn meal. It is generally associated with Mexican cuisine but of course is popular the world over as a wrap for tasty fillings. With a tortilla you can made tortilla chips or use them in other recipes such as Burritos.


Tortilla Wrap
9oz fine corn meal
1/2 teaspoon salt
8 fluid oz water
(see measure conversions for more information)


- Mix all the ingredients to a dough.
- Divide into 12 equal balls.
- Roll into rounds.
- Cook each tortilla in a hot, un-greased pan.
- Turn once while cooking.
