3 1/2 floz Tequila
crushed ice
orange rind
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco
(see measure conversions for more information)
- Fill 4 large glasses with an equal share of the ice and a segment of peel and top up with the tequila mixture.
- Serve immediately.

Classic cocktail, similar to Bloody Mary in as much as it uses the savory flavor of tomato with added spice (in Bloody Mary it is Worcester sauce, here it is Tabasco).
Ingredients
carton tomato juicejuice of 2 large oranges
3 1/2 floz Tequila
crushed ice
orange rind
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco

Method
- Blend the ingredients (except the ice and orange rind).- Fill 4 large glasses with an equal share of the ice and a segment of peel and top up with the tequila mixture.
- Serve immediately.
