Cook Time: 25 minutes

I thought that it was really sweet and if I made it again I wouldn't put the butter in. It was a bit too sickly! I didn't have a chicken stock cube so I used a vegtable one, it worked well!

This was unbelievably easy and cheap to make and tastes really sweet and creamy! I added some spring onion to mine and blitzed it quickly with a hand blender.

use half a pint of milk to bring it up to 1 pint. We have amended the recipe. Apologies for the omission!

hello, i started to make this soup and i got to the instruction 'add the water, stock cube and milk' and realised in the ingredients it did not say how much milk was needed. this prevented me from making my lunch.
