How to make sweetcorn bake:
A quick and simple sweetcorn dish.





Ingredients

2 eggs
1/2 pint milk
1 tablespoon chopped onion
celery salt
pepper
500g approx. tin whole kernels sweetcorn
1oz breadcrumbs

Method

- Beat the eggs into the milk.
- Add the breadcrumbs, onion and sweetcorn.
- Season with celery salt and pepper.
- Turn into a greased ovenproof dish.
- Cook in a moderate oven for about 30 minutes or until set and lightly golden brown on top.
