How to make stilton cheese dip:
The now world famous Stilton cheese was first made to a family recipe in Leicestershire, England, and was sold at the Bell Inn in that county. It is an unusual cheese made tasty by the blue veins running through it. It is ideal for this dip because of its strong flavor and creamy texture.


5 tablespoons crumbled Stilton cheese
6 fluid oz soured cream
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons finely chopped green peppers

- Put the soured cream and mayonnaise into a bowl.
- Crumble the cheese into the cream and mayonnaise mixture.
- Whisk or blend to combine.
- Stir in the peppers.
- Serve with crudités.
