The now world famous Stilton cheese was first made to a family recipe in Leicestershire, England, and was sold at the Bell Inn in that county. It is an unusual cheese made tasty by the blue veins running through it. It is ideal for this dip because of its strong flavor and creamy texture.
Ingredients
5 tablespoons crumbled Stilton cheese6 fluid oz soured cream
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons finely chopped green peppers
