1 cup plain wholemeal flour
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons honey
2 level teaspoons dried yeast
1 beaten egg
a little water if the dough is too stiff
(see measure conversions for more information)
- Mix to a soft dough.
- Knead on a floured surface for about 10 minutes or until smooth and elastic.
- Bake at 190 degrees C. for 30 minutes.
