2 tablespoons plain fromage frais (8% fat)
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon finely chopped dill
1 cup curd cheese
pinch cayenne pepper
salt
freshly ground black pepper
finely chopped parsley

- Chill for a couple of hours.
- Serve with assorted crudités and lemon slices.

How to make smoked salmon dip:
A really good way of making use of good smoked salmon trimmings.
Ingredients
1 tightly packed cup of chopped smoked salmon2 tablespoons plain fromage frais (8% fat)
2 teaspoons lemon juice

Method
- Blend all the ingredients (in a blender) until smooth.- Chill for a couple of hours.
- Serve with assorted crudités and lemon slices.
