How to make simple stir fry:
For minimum cooking on a hot summer's day this stir fry is a quick, easy and delicious change from salad.


Simple Stir Fry
1lb mixed finely shredded vegetables (cabbage, carrots, onion, beansprouts etc.)
1lb diced chicken breast
1lb noodles
2-3 tablespoons oil
150ml hoi sin sauce
50ml sweet chili sauce

- Use a large frying pan or a wok.
- Heat the oil in the frying pan or wok.
- Add the chicken and cook thoroughly.
- Add the vegetables and stir fry until just tender.
- Stir in the noodles and heat through.
- Finally stir in the sauces and serve as soon as possible.
