1 large tin tomatoes
mustard
2 teaspoons finely chopped parsley
mashed potato
flour seasoned with salt and pepper
(see measure conversions for more information)
- Cool and remove the skins.
- Cut each sausage into quarters.
- Roll sausages in flour.
- Dry fry until golden brown.
- Layer sausages and tomato in an ovenproof dish.
- Add a little parsley and mustard to each layer.
- Top with potato.
- Cook at 190 degrees C. for about 30 minutes.
