How to make sage butter:
A savory butter which can be made and stored in the freezer. Excellent for jazzing up meat and pasta. Sage goes particularly well with pork.
Ingredients
butterfinely chopped sage leaves

Method
- Soften the butter and mash in the sage. - Roll up in Clingfilm and chill. - Use on vegetables or eat on toast.The Green Chronicle Community
