How to make red chili dip:
An easy to make but very effective chili dip. The quantities can be varied according to taste.


1tbs mayonnaise
1/2tbs soy sauce
2tbs creme fraiche
1/2 red chili
1tbs coriander, finely chopped
(see measure conversions for more information)


- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Serve in a bowl with parsnip logs.
