4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup salad oil
3/4 cup milk

- Add the salad oil to the milk.
- Pour the salad oil mix over the flour.
- Mix to a soft dough with a fork.
- Knead lightly.
- Roll out on a lightly floured board to a 1/2 - 3/4 inch thickness.
- Cut out with a 2 inch cookie cutter.
- Place on an ungreased baking tray and bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit (see temperature conversions) for 12-15 minutes.
