2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
a pinch of salt
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
(see measure conversions for more information)
- Rub in the butter.
- Add the milk and water.
- Drop spoonfuls into hot buttered gem pans.
- Bake at 200 degrees Centigrade (see temperature conversions) for 12-15 minutes.

I made these muffins as a quick desert for my family and they went down a storm! :D I added a little sugar for sweetness and some choc chips! I didn't have a gem pan so used muffin cases, you can get about 18 good size muffins from this mix. Thanks for the recipe, it'll be used for years to come (think i'll invest in a gem pan though! :D )
