4 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tablespoons chopped spring onions
1 medium can bean sprouts, drained (or fresh bean sprouts if possible)
12oz (approx 2 cups) defrosted prawns (or shelled fresh if possible)
(see measure conversions for more information)
- Heat the oil until hot in a wok or frying pan.
- Add the bean sprouts and onions.
- Fry for about 2 minutes.
- Stir in the prawns.
- Stir in the egg soy sauce mix.
- Cook stirring until the egg has set.
- Serve.
