How to make Pop-Overs:
Classic American recipe.


1 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon melted butter
(see measure conversions for more information)


- Mix the salt and the flour.
- Gradually add the milk so that a smooth batter is obtained.
- Beat the eggs.
- Add the eggs and the butter to the flour and milk mixture and beat for two minutes (use an egg beater if possible).
- Pour into hot, buttered iron gem pans and bake for 30-35 minutes in a hot oven.
