2 tablespoons pine nuts
3 garlic cloves
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese

- Blend together and then add the oil slowly through the funnel of the processor's lid, blending as you pour.
- The resultant mixture can be stored in the refrigerator in a jar.
- Use as a dressing for pasta or on top of a pizza base.
