How to make Pathfinder pudding:
A cheesy parsnip and leek steamed pudding. It was a wartime recipe that was economical, filling and nutritious. Nowadays it may not be quite so economical because of the length of time needed to cook although it may be possible to adapt the recipe for microwave cooking.

1oz suet
1 1/2 oz peeled, shredded, raw potato
