How to make parsley sauce:
The traditional sauce for fish.





Ingredients

1/2 pint of white sauce
1 1/2 level tablespoons finely chopped parsley
(see measure conversions for more information)

Method

- Make up the white sauce.
- Remove from the heat and stir the parsley into the sauce just before adding salt and pepper.
