How to make parsley and garlic roast lamb:
A tasty way of cooking lamb.





Ingredients

1 leg of lamb
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
2 cloves garlic chopped
salt
freshly ground black pepper
pinch of finely chopped fresh rosemary

Method

- Put lamb into a roasting pan and cook at 170 degree C. (see temperature conversions) 15 minutes to the lb.
- When almost cooked combine all other ingredients and spread over the meat.
- Baste and allow to cook until the topping is golden brown.
