- Shape into a long cylinder.
- Roll butter cylinder in the chopped parsley to coat it.

An unusual version of a savory butter. this could also be done with lemon and is useful to keep frozen and used as required.
Ingredients
1/2 cup butterthe grated rind of two oranges
