2 teaspoons finely chopped parsley

- Shape into a long cylinder.
- Roll butter cylinder in the chopped parsley to coat it.
- Wrap in Clingfilm and chill or freeze.
- Serve with gammon.

How to make orange butter:
An unusual version of a savory butter. this could also be done with lemon and is useful to keep frozen and used as required.Ingredients
1/2 cup butterthe grated rind of two oranges

- Mash the finely grated orange rind with the butter.- Shape into a long cylinder.
