1 large onion, peeled and chopped into 1 inch strips
salt
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
corn oil for deep frying
(see measure conversions for more information)
- Add a little water to make a sticky paste consistency.
- Add the salt.
- Mix in the onions.
- Fry tablespoonfuls until golden brown.
- Put on a plate covered in crumpled kitchen paper.
- Serve.
