Nut Soup Recipe

A extremely unusual but easy to make soup that uses nuts as the main ingredient

Ingredients

  • 1 quart of white bouillon
  • 1/4 pint of cream
  • 1/2 cup mixed ground nuts
  • 1/2 pint of milk
(see measure conversions for more information on quantites)

Method

  1. Bring bouillon to boiling point and stir in the ground nuts.
  2. Stir well and boil for about 20 minutes.
  3. Season and add the cream and milk.
  4. Serve very hot.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 25 minutes

Yield: 4 portions
