How to make mocha icing:
A rich mocha flavored butter cream icing. This is an ideal icing to be used with The Old English Inn Mocha Cake or on a plain sponge.


1/4 cup hot coffee
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/2 cup icing/confectioner's sugar + extra to alter consistency if necessary
(see measure conversions for more information)


- Pour the coffee over the butter.
- Sift the confectioner's sugar and cocoa powder together.
- Add the coffee and butter mix to the cocoa and sugar mix.
- Add extra extra confectioner's sugar if needed to get a soft, spreading consistency.
