How to make Melissa cocktail:
Melissa is the Latin name for lemon balm, which adds a spicy lemon flavor to this cocktail.



Ingredients

1 cup lemon balm leaves, washed and bruised
1 bottle white wine
lemon
measure of vermouth
(see measure conversions for more information)

Method

- Put the lemon balm and wine into a jug and leave in the fridge for 4 hours.
- Strain.
- Put 1 measure of vermouth into a glass and top up with the wine.
- Add ice and lemon.

The PROBLEM is that I have too much stuff in my kitchen. But, I now have gotten a small china hutch from my MIL (She moved).

I am not using it for china.

This morning I moved all of my spices to the top area: I had NO! idea I had that many spices! I lined them up in the front so I could see those tiny containers, and I have 4 rows of them. No more fishing in the cupboard for the tiny things!!!!!!!!!
