1/2 cup raisins, seeds removed
2 eggs separated
2 tablespoons tapioca
1 cup maple syrup
1/4 pint cream
(see measure conversions for more information)
- Stir in the tapioca.
- Simmer for 30 minutes.
- Allow to cool a little.
- Beat the egg yolks.
- Add the beaten yolks to the tapioca.
- Add the maple syrup.
- Return to a gentle heat and stir until the mixture thickens.
- Add the raisins and remove from heat.
- Allow to cool.
- Whisk egg whites until stiff.
- Fold egg whites into cooled tapioca.
- Serve with cream.

Ingredients
1 pint milk1/2 cup raisins, seeds removed

Method
