12 Lovage leaves, chopped finely
2 tablespoons dry white wine
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
salt and black pepper
(see measure conversions for more information)
- The leaves will turn dark green.
- Add the wine and let it simmer for about 1 minute.
- Stir in the mustard and season.

How to make lovage sauce:
This celery flavored sauce would probably go well with just about any meat but is especially good with pork.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter12 Lovage leaves, chopped finely
2 tablespoons dry white wine

Method
- Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the Lovage leaves for about 3 minutes.- The leaves will turn dark green.
- Add the wine and let it simmer for about 1 minute.
- Stir in the mustard and season.

its absolutely terrible.. way too much butter, if you let it cool it hardens and is unusable. taste is awful too, there is many better ways to use lovage.
