How to make kebabs for a barbeque:
Kebabs are a great way of serving barbeque food. They are easy to cook since turning the meat becomes easier and also cooks more quickly; they are easy to serve to guests and most importantly taste great.


6 cups boneless lamb cut into 1 inch cubes (excess fat removed)
2 large Spanish onions peeled and cut into chunks
assorted peppers cut into squares
baby sweetcorn
cherry tomatoes

for the marinade:
5 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons red wine
2 large garlic cloves peeled and crushed
2 teaspoons coriander seeds crushed
1 teaspoon celery seeds crushed

- Make the marinade by combining all the marinade ingredients.
- Marinate the cubed lamb in it for about 2 hours.
- Arrange the lamb and all the vegetables on barbeque skewers (Rosemary wood makes very good ones).
- Barbeque, basting with the marinade.
