How to make jam roly-roly pudding:
An old-fashioned typically English pudding generally regarded as a cheap standby for cold weather. Latterly it became a feature in the English school dinner menu and was affectionately referred to as 'Matrons Leg'! Nowadays it is rare to serve this since it is not regarded as the most health conscious of desserts.
