2 cloves of garlic (or more to taste)

black pepper
1 lemon, squeezed

- Blend in tahini and garlic.
- Add lemon juice to soften consistency and salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve cold with sprigs of parsley, lemon wedges, big black olives, hot pitta bread, and green salad with feta cheese crumbled in it.

How to make hummus:
A traditional Eastern pate (or paste). It really is best served cold with olives, parsley and hot pitta bread. It also spelled 'hummous', 'humus' and 'humous'.
Ingredients
2 tins organic chick peas1 tablespoon tahini paste

- Drain chick peas and mash or blend to a coarse paste.- Blend in tahini and garlic.
