How to make hot sauce:
A sauce that can add a little zing to your meat. This is more of a marinade than a sauce.


1 level teaspoon mustard powder
1 level teaspoon ground ginger
2 level tablespoon soft brown sugar
(see measure conversions for more information)


- Combine the ingredients and rub into chosen meat.
- Leave for 30 minutes before cooking.
