1 clove garlic, peeled and finely chopped
juice 1 lemon
1 - 2 teaspoons harissa
salt and pepper
2 teaspoons finely chopped parsley
oil and butter for frying
(see measure conversions for more information)
- Add the harissa (be careful - it is very hot.)
- Add the prawns, lemon juice, parsley, black pepper and a little salt.
- Stir well and heat through.
- Serve with rice or noodles.

How to make hot hot prawns:
A quick prawn dish that is made very hot and spicy by the addition of harissa which is a North African paste made from chilli peppers.
Ingredients
8oz prawns, peeled or defrosted if frozen1 clove garlic, peeled and finely chopped
juice 1 lemon
1 - 2 teaspoons harissa
salt and pepper
2 teaspoons finely chopped parsley
oil and butter for frying

Method
