Starter - Avocado Salad
Main Course - Chicken and Spinach Ravioli in a Herby Tomato Sauce

1 large tin chopped tomatoes
1/2 pint water
2 tablespoons parsley, freshly chopped
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon oregano, freshly chopped
1 teaspoon salt
(see measure conversions for more information)
- Bring to the boil.
- Simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring often.
- Serve with pasta, jacket potatoes, meat and rice.

How to make herby tomato sauce:
An authentic tasting pasta sauce that can be easily and quickly made from store cupboard ingredints with the addition of a few fresh herbs from your garden.Ingredients

1/2 pint water
2 tablespoons parsley, freshly chopped
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon oregano, freshly chopped
1 teaspoon salt

Method
- Put all the ingredients together in a saucepan.- Bring to the boil.
- Simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring often.
- Serve with pasta, jacket potatoes, meat and rice.
