2lb raw pork, cut into cubes
1lb sauerkraut
1oz paprika
4 large onions, peeled and sliced
1oz flour
2 tomatoes, sliced
1oz sour cream
2 fluid oz olive oil
salt and pepper
(see measure conversions for more information)
- Add the flour, paprika, tomatoes and sauerkraut.
- Season the mixture.
- pour in the water and allow to simmer for 1 hour.
- Stir in the cream and simmer gently for a few more minutes.
