Starter - Guacamole with Tortilla Chips
Main Course - Burritos
Dessert - Mexican Chocolate Chili Cake
1 tomato, skinned and chopped
2 avocados, peeled, stoned and chopped
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 small onion skinned and finely chopped
1 clove garlic, skinned and finely chopped
1 level teaspoon chili powder
1 level teaspoon salt
(see measure conversions for more information)
- Add the salt.
- Add the tomato, onion, garlic and chili powder.
- Chill in the fridge.
- Serve with tortilla chips.

How to make guacamole:
A tasty Mexican dip made from avocados which is served chilled with crispy tortilla chips.Ingredients

2 avocados, peeled, stoned and chopped
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Method
- Mash the avocado with the lemon juice.- Add the salt.
