How to make Green Tea Cheesecake:
This delicious cheesecake does not need to be baked as it relies on gelatine to set. Unusually it is flavoured with green tea. This can be achieved by buying green tea powder in the supermarket or by finely grinding the contents of a green tea bag.

Green Tea Cheesecake
1 sachet powdered gelatine
6oz full fat cream cheese
85ml plain yogurt
4oz sugar
60ml double cream
12 digestive biscuits, crushed
3oz butter, melted
1 tablespoon green tea powder
(see measure conversions for more information)

- In a bowl mix the biscuit crumbs and the melted butter together.
- Press this mixture onto the bottom of an 8-inch loose-based tall sided cake tin.
- Chill in the fridge for a few hours.
- Mix the cream cheese and sugar together in a bowl.
- Add the plain yogurt.
- Add the double cream.
- Mix well.
- Add the green tea powder.
- Make up the gelatine according to the instructions on the packet.
- Add the gelatine to the cheese mix.
- Stir well.
- Pour the mixture into the loose-bottomed cake tin.
- Allow to set in fridge for 4 hours.
