Starter - Tzatziki

Dessert - Baklava
3 tomatoes, cut into thin wedges
1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
2 green peppers, deseeded and sliced
1 spanish onion, peeled and finely chopped
8oz feta cheese cubed
approx. 10 kalamati black olives (remove stones if necessary)
small tin anchovy fillets
3 floz white wine vinegar
1 garlic clove, peeled and crushed
2tbs finely chopped dill
1 teaspoon fresh oregano, finely chopped
1 teaspoon salt
freshly ground black pepper
(see measure conversions for more information)
- Combine all the dressing ingredients and whisk or shake together.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and mix lightly.
- Add the olives, anchovies and feta.

How to make Greek salad:
A traditional Greek salad that is ideal if you want something quick and easy. Fresh summer ingredients, plump, ripe olives with the tangy, salty flavours of anchovies and feta cheese.Ingredients

1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
2 green peppers, deseeded and sliced
1 spanish onion, peeled and finely chopped
8oz feta cheese cubed
approx. 10 kalamati black olives (remove stones if necessary)
small tin anchovy fillets
for dressing:
4 floz olive oil3 floz white wine vinegar
1 garlic clove, peeled and crushed
2tbs finely chopped dill
1 teaspoon fresh oregano, finely chopped
1 teaspoon salt
freshly ground black pepper

Method
- Mix all the salad ingredients together.- Combine all the dressing ingredients and whisk or shake together.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and mix lightly.
- Add the olives, anchovies and feta.
