How to make Graham Muffins:
Extremely well-known muffins which make use of the famous Graham flour.


1 1/4 cups Graham flour
1 cup flour
1 cup sour milk
1/2 cup molasses
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons melted butter
(see measure conversions for more information)


- Mix and sift all the dry ingredients.
- Add the sour milk to the molasses and combine this with the dry ingredients.
- Add the butter.
- Bake in buttered gem pans in a moderate oven for about 25 minutes.
