1/4 pint milk
1 dessertspoonful golden syrup
4 tablespoons (2oz) butter
1 teaspoon ground ginger
(see measure conversions for more information)
- Mix well, bring slowly to boiling point, and then boil for 3 minutes.
- Beat the mixture till thick, and almost set, and pour quickly into a well buttered tin.
- Cut into shapes when nearly cold.

How to make ginger fudge:

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups (1 1/4 lb) granulated sugar1/4 pint milk
1 dessertspoonful golden syrup
