How to make gin fizz:
A well known cocktail using gin as the alcoholic base.
N.B. Be careful serving raw egg to vulnerable (i.e. the young and old).





Ingredients

1/4 pint gin
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoon sugar
1 egg white
soda water
(see measure conversions for more information)

Method

- Mix all of the ingredients together except the soda water.
- Serve in tall glasses and add the soda water to taste.
