6 tablespoons olive oil
1 crushed clove garlic if desired

- Whisk until well blended and then gradually whisk in the olive oil.
- Use as soon as possible and re-whisk just before serving.

Classic French dressing also know as vinaigrette sauce. Serve with a simple green salad or with avocado as a starter.Ingredients
