How to make Florence Fennel salad:
A fresh, crisp salad enhanced by the aniseed flavor of the Florence fennel.


1 large green pepper, diced and deseeded
3 large carrots
1 medium sized Florence fennel bulb
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 clove of garlic
salt and ground black pepper
