oil or fat for cooking

- Mix the fish with the potatoes.
- Heat the fat in a heavy frying pan.
- Put the fish and potato mix into the hot fat.

A quick and easy way to use halibut but any white fish would be fine.Ingredients
2 tightly packed cups cold flaked halibut (or your favorite white fish)2 cups cold, cooked, diced potatoes
