How to make fish hash:
A quick and easy way to use halibut but any white fish would be fine.


2 tightly packed cups cold flaked halibut (or your favorite white fish)
2 cups cold, cooked, diced potatoes
oil or fat for cooking
(see measure conversions for more information)


- Make sure that all the bones have been removed from the fish.
- Mix the fish with the potatoes.
- Heat the fat in a heavy frying pan.
- Put the fish and potato mix into the hot fat.
- Cook until brown and crispy.
- Fold over and serve.
