I have a few questions:
1. I baked it for 1hour only but I think it is burnt (1 side of the cake & a bit of bottom too). Should I reduce the heat instead on 185C to lower?
2. Can I add more mixed fruit in this cake? If so, how much would you reckon?
Thank you. We love this cake!
